Lead and manage the sales and leasing teams to ensure achievement of business goals and targets through outstanding customer service and efficient operations. Sales Manager’s main aim is to drive business revenue growth through the identification and implementation of new business opportunities and superior customer retention strategies.
Senior Sales consultant
The main purpose of the role is to present and secure properties for sale to potential purchasers. Actively take role in negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. The main aim is to showcase Mirage Portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects world class organizational image and brand.
Property and Facilities Manager
The Head of Property Management has the overall responsibility for ensuring that Mirage Properties are managed in a coherent manner that reflects high quality service, client satisfaction are met and value for money are achieved. The Head of Property Management’s main aim is to work towards keeping up property standards and commercial value.
Sales and Leasing Consultants
• Minimum (3) years experience in Real Estate Industry
• Degree or equivalent in Business / Property/ Facilities Management
• Must be a dynamic and commercially aware of the local market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
